Several details surrounding BABYMETAL‘s highly anticipated second album “METAL RESISTANCE” (April 1) have been revealed!
“METAL RESISTANCE” will be released in 3 different versions, a limited edition, regular version, and THE ONE version which will only be available for order through BABYMETAL’s site. The DVD packaged with the limited edition version includes footage from their performance at TOKYO METROPOLITAN ROCK FESTIVAL (May 24, 2015). The Blu-ray packaged with THE ONE version will have APOCRYPHA – THE BLACK MASS – (April 23, 2015) and APOCRYPHA – THE RED MASS – (April 24, 2015) on it. Even the regular version will include a limited number of exclusive items for those who preorder it, the type of items varying depending on which site is used.

Good thing this is an international release
Yeah its an international release, but it’s a Japanese distribution. Most albums from Japanese artist do not ship until the release date. Plus the fact that Japanese labels have very storng security against hackers and leakers.
The album was released yesterday in Japan stores. I’m really surprised there’s nothing in the net yet. Considering the album releases in the UK literally a day before the wembley concert it’s really annoying.
Album was on sale today at Tower Records in Japan. Surprised there’s no leak yet.

This band does it for me on soooo many levels. First off they anger a lot of metal heads which makes me laugh. Secondly it is just overall creative and they fuse a lot of interesting styles. Being heavily into metal myself i dont understand how people vehemently hate them sooo much the writers clearly don’t take it mega seriously and are just having fun with it.
