Luísa Maita, singer and songwriter based in São Paulo, Brazil, is the daughter of Amado Maita, musician and composer who had his only album considered the "holy grail" among collectors in the world, and Myriam Taubkin (cultural producer), launched her solo work as a singer in 2010, going far beyond samba and MPB, searching for a fresh approach to pop music in Brazil. Now, she is set to released her long-awaited follow-up, Fio da Memória.
Without further information, she presented her new repertoir at January 28th in São Paulo along with her band: Zé Nigro (bass and album producer), Erico Theobaldo (drums and programming), and Rafa Barreto (electric guitar).
