The Australian sample gods The Avalanches are back with their first album in nearly sixteen years. The groups debut, Since I Left You had garnered massive success since its release and is considered as a modern classic. On June 1st, the group debuted their first single leading up to the album entitled "Frankie Sinatra" featuring Danny Brown across various radio stations. In the weeks before that, the group also released a hotline which linked callers to a teaser of a new track called "Subways". What's really important is that The Avalanches are back and that's important!
This is going to be interesting. Obviously there’s so much anticipation, it’s going to be difficult to follow-up such as an important record. And a lot of people have left the group since the first one, especially the guy who did all of the amazing remixes. But nonetheless, I can’t help but feeling hyped.
Is the Subways in the Podcast a teaser or the full song?

So far we have a leak in good quality of every track aside from “Harmony”, so I don’t think this qualifies as “leaked” but wanted to let everyone know. ITS AN AMAZING ALBUM BTW
The one floating around, which also includes Harmony, is partly recorded with a microphone. Be sure not to report that.
