Electric Youth are best known as a featured artist on a College's A Real Hero off the cult Drive soundtrack. In 2014, the band released debut album Innocence - a set of delicate love songs, similar in style to a smash single. Now they're back with Breathing, which will be released in September on Milan Records. The record is, in fact, the unused score for a film directed by Toronto filmmaker Anthony Scott Burns. According to Electric Youth: "That film Anthony set out to create, the film we set out to score, is lost in time now. There is another film in its place, using some of its footage but with a different spirit… This is the soundtrack from the lost film, an audio relic of the special film that once was.". The opening track, This Was Our House, was revealed with the announcement.
