John Dwyer has announced his second full-length album of 2017. This time it is under his long-unused project OCS. Just last week, Oh Sees had released their album "Orc" after dropping the "Thee" part of their name. The album was written with longtime Dwyer collaborator Brigid Dawson and marks Oh Sees’ 20th studio album. The last album released under the OCS name was 2006’s The Cool Death of Island Raiders. The title track has been shared as the lead single from the album, which is out November 17 via Castle Face.
This is the best song I’ve heard from Dwyer in years. Probably since Putrifiers II.
