Urban Vitamin is an alternative metal band from Pretoria, South Africa. The band was formed in 2008 and released their first album The First Time Hurst The Most in 2010. In 2013, the band released Agent Provocateur, featuring "Sirens" and "Philistine". In 2014, the band played the Johannesburg leg of popular rock fest, Ramfest, opening for acts such as Foals, Killswitch Engage, Biffy Clyro and Trivium.
