After coming off the wide acclaim of their conceptual opus Splendor & Misery back in 2016 alongside the subdued single release of "The Deep" 2017, clipping. left many fans wondering where they would take their sound next. What many fans didn't expect was an entire album dedicated to the band's take on the absurdist and subversive nature of horrorcore. Lead single "Nothing is Safe" tells exactly what the band has planned for this bed of nails they're constructing. There Existed an Addiction to Blood releases on October 17th, 2019 through Sub Pop.
