The leaked version isn’t really quality but overall i get how this album sounds.
    – Chino, definitely worked carefully this time around. He didn’t fucked up most of the songs by putting vocals everywhere. In this album, sometimes he let the songs just play. The vocals are also good. Not the best but way better than last albums.
    – Steph/Guitars are way too much but i guess this is Deftones, so it’s ok. Riffs and notes are good but you’ll feel that it’s kinda…too much.
    – I didn’t hear any bass. Drums are very good but i didn’t hear anything special.
    – The album is ”Heavy riff intro, clean vocals, atmospheric chrous with ”uuu/ooh” back vocals, weird guitar bridges and cool ending parts. Every song has those elements in it.
    – While i listened this album, i didn’t ”wow”ed but i definitely want to listen a few songs.
    – This album still doesn’t hit the top spot. It’s bunch of good/medicore songs. But i’m definitely glad that Deftones doesn’t sound like ”Gore” at all.
    – I guess it is what it is. This is another Deftones album. Just don’t hype yourself too much. It’s not that special if that’s what you are expecting.

This Link is Dead is probably the best song in the album.
The album is way better than previous albums but not better than the legendary ST-WP era.

Yes get metal does have the leak and it’s a kinda low quality VBR. I really don’t I think it’s worth getting but if you want it, go there. By now it’s probably also available on sound Park and most torrenting sights. What I truly don’t understand is why that one member from Kingdom leaks didn’t want it to be made available until tomorrow. All that does is drive people away from the site and defeats the entire purpose of the site. What could this member possibly stand to gain? I just don’t understand.
