Our friends Anand Wilder, Chris Keating, and Ira Wolf Tuton, collectively known as indy and college radio fave Yeasayer, who seem to take WAY too long to put out new music, IMHO, is finally releasing tour dates for the Summer music fest circuit, as well as a new video as a teaser to their forthcoming "Erotic Reruns" - their first new music since 2016's "Amen & Goodbye" - due out June 7th (and I say "yay"!).
The video for "I'll Kiss You Tonight", directed by Theodore Sefcik, which is about a complicated relationship that is "...more hate-love than love-hate" was first reported on April 4th from the group's Instagram profile.
The very next day, they reported it through this tweet on the band's Twitter account and were featured in a brief article on Consequence of Sound; both profiles link to the new video, which you can also access from their YouTube channel, found here.
The band has also started warming up for the Summer concert season by opening for long-time buds Tame Impala for their April 8th show in Berlin.
So far, only a small handful of U.S. shows and limited European engagements (with more promised at a later date), have been announced. Naturally, tickets for those shows are in VERY high demand (most U. S. appearances are nearly sold out) and are on sale through StubHub.

P. S. Don't miss the audio-only of the second release, entitled "Let Me Listen In On You", an extra the band released through SiriusXMU's Channel 35 on Saturday, which was rebroadcast Monday. Apple's iTunes appears to have the tracks available for sample previews, if you're interested.
Can’t wait for this album. Love these guys! Got my ticket to see them in Austin on July 4th!
