Black Angels Wilderness of Mirrors

The Black Angels will release their first album in 5 years, there 6th overall full length, on Partisan Records, September 16th, 2022. The band formed in Austin, TX is 2004 and there sound draws inspiration from the Velvet Underground, Syd Barret and their home town's own 13th Floor Elevators.

The band spend over two years working on the new release and the current atmosphere of pandemic paranoia and political upheaval serve as inspiration. The band continues to refine their sound, adding more textures, instruments and moods with each release.

The song "El Jardin" has been heard live over the last couple of months and will serve as the albums lead single.
