We named Young & Sick — aka Holland-born, Los-Angeles-based A/V artist Nick Van Hofwegen — a Band To Watch for the effortlessly beautiful silicon soul he exhibited on his early singles. The teaser tracks from Young & Sick’s full-length debut, “Glass” and “Heartache Fetish,” have been slightly more upbeat than those first few slow jams but just as addictive.
Their new self titled album will be released on April 8, 2014 on Harvest.
It is Heartache Fetish, not Heartsick Fetish ;)
