WSTR are a 5-piece pop punk band from Liverpool, UK. They will be releasing their debut album, Red, Green or Inbetween this January on No Sleep Records. The band has previously only released SKRWD, an EP which came out last fall on the label. WSTR is often compared to fellow UK band Neck Deep for sharing a similar upbeat pop punk sound. However, the two lead singles for the new album, Lonely Smiles and Footprints, prove WSTR can stand on their own. According to vocalist Sammy Clifford, "This album is mainly a breakup album however it’s not a ‘f*** you’ album it’s more a ‘mad at myself’ album."
