Purity Ring is back with a self-titled album! Their fourth entry in their discography, they will look to build on an impressive portfolio by adding a concept album they have noted is inspired by games like Nier Automata and Final Fantasy X. Megan James and Corin Roddick will imagine themselves as the concept's protagonists, who are “on a journey to build a kinder world amid the ruins of a broken one.”

Their release will be accompanied by a fall tour, starting in October in Ventura, CA. The ethereal pop duo will look to build a visually stunning show as always, imagining their world in what is likely to be both a dark and hopeful story waiting to be told. Their single, "place of my own", already sets the stage the story, where the protagonist is yearning for a place to belong.

The album is due to release on September 26, 2025 with the tour starting October 13 in Ventura, CA.
