The-Dream's fourth album will land May 7, the musician said backstage after picking up a Grammy for his contributions to Jay-Z, Kanye West and Frank Ocean's "No Church in the Wild." Speaking of West, The-Dream (real name: Terius Nash) also revealed his plans to head overseas to lend a hand to the follow-up to 2010's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy."
"May 7, my album drops and the name is 'Fourplay,'" he told Billboard. The album was previously called "Love IV" and set for a March release. He'll release the set's latest single, "Slow It Down," on Thursday.
The album's been delayed thanks in part because of his work on Beyonce's next album, though he wouldn't give up any details on Queen B's latest.
"I've been told to zip it," he said. However, he did reveal Kanye West is working on his next album -- and he'll be joining the hip-hop star in Paris to work on it in the coming weeks.
