This is Paramore self-titled 4th album. It will be released on April 9th, 2013 on Fueled by Ramen. The band described it as a rediscovering of themselves, which is why it is self-titled. The first single, titled Now, was released on January 22nd and can be heard below. Williams announced on the band's site that the producer for their new album will be Justin Meldal-Johnsen.
When the album was announced the group stated the following: "The whole making of this album was a rediscovering of ourselves as a band and as friends. It was a process that allowed us the freedom to explore new territory artistically and to liberate ourselves as musicians, singers, as people! Sincerely, we feel that the best way to give it a name is just to call it what it is. This album is us."

@jarle, there ain’t no songs on youtube. it’s just song titles with link to download the whole album, but to download it you have to sign up to some website which is not free. so i guess it’s fake. if you want to try downloading then do it and write is this really the album, because i don’t wanna pay for nothing
It hasn’t leaked. Those “videos” are fake, as well as the download of the album. I tried them all, trust me (and finding a way to bypass paying for anything, which took a long, long time), and it turned out to be a huge waste of time. Given the climate of their newest release, I’d say the odds of this leaking anytime soon are very, very slim. I’d suggest just waiting for the official release.

wow, Fueled By Ramen has been doing a pretty good job so far in not letting the album leak. But i have the feeling that it’ll be leaked real soon.

Just because usually from my experience, albums will leak a few weeks before. One republics new album comes out March 26, but it leaked March 1.
Most of the time, albums leak around one or two weeks before release. On rare occasions they will leak before that, like 1 month in advance, even 2 or 3 months in advance, which is unfortunate for the artist.
Usually the only reason an album leaks a week or two before its original release is because iTunes streams it a week to two weeks before release. The days of albums leaking through any other miraculous sources are very much over.
are you serious? albums mostly leak because they have to produce physical copies to be shipped around to record stores around the word. they will do this weeks to months in advance to release date to ensure all stores and fans have the album on time. Then some fuckhead steals a physical copy and puts it onto the internet. Another way leaks occur is due to the band sending copies to friends and companies and they upload it to the internet, these days are very much NOT OVER! it’s just who you can and cannot trust!
That’s just from my experience and my guess of course. Who knows, maybe it won’t leak until a week before :P

Not hyped as much as I love Paramore. Don’t really like ‘Now’. If the rest of the new album will sound as the single ‘Now’ is, I lost my faith in Paramore.

Can’t wait to hear the new album in 2 weeks! I really love “Now” because it has got this special vibe…but I also love “Still into you” although it’s completely different. I love all of their styles, I mean they always had some heavier songs but of course some poppier songs, so it’s no surprise. I’m really exciting of “Part II” because it’s the second part of “Let the flames begin” and it includes the outro of “Monster” which they’ve been playing at recent shows. I think this record is going to be huge!!!
To be honest, I don’t know why people are going crazy over the fact that Paramore’s music is changing. To me, none of their albums sound the same, they all have their own feel to it. So why shouldn’t this one?! I’m mega excited :)
Thank you. That’s exactly how I feel! Especially when “Ignorance” was released for Brand New Eyes. I remember thinking right away how their sound had changed a bit, but after the second-third listen, I was in love and it was 100% Paramore. True artists reinvent themselvess with every album but still maintain that certain piece of them; Paramore does this. I’m excited, too!!
I agree. People always start complaining about how things are changing and blabla. Some people simply aren’t open-minded enough. They believe that when something is “new” it is “bad” but 2 years later they all call it “the good old stuff” and the story goes on and on. I’m tired of it, but at the end I don’t care and I just enjoy the new stuff and be glad that the band is happy with themselves.

I don’t understand why it hasn’t been on the net yet… I mean in Germany the album comes out April 5th.
I just want to hear the songs SO bad! I already preordered the record but I want to hear it now and don’t want to wait 2 more weeks!

I just read on the website “digplanet” that there are 3 bonus tracks called “Native Tongue”, “Escape Route” and “Tell Me It’s Okay”. I wonder if that’s true and if it’s true, if we get to hear the songs, too!
You can also see the lengths of each tracks and most of the tracks last about 4 minutes or more! And one song lasts almost 8 minutes!
Those 3 tracks will be available as B-side if you preorder the boxset!
Actually, on Paramore.net it says that the box set is only coming with two b-sides. I read that “Tell Me It’s Okay” wasn’t even recorded because they didn’t have enough time.
Honestly, their sound may be a tap different, but their sound has never been just once sound anyway. I mean Misery Business was completely different from That’s What You Get. Misguided Ghost was completely different from Fences. To me Still Into You is in the style of That’s What You Get but without the heavy guitar that’s usually behind their music. Now, did have the heavy guitar it was just sung a little different. I cant wait for the album honestly. I’m ready for an album that I cant stop listening to. And I mean it’s hard for a group to come up with an album where EVERYONE will like every song. I dont like Now but I’m sure that I’ll like the rest.
