Grunge pioneers Alice In Chains announced that their seventh album "The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here" will drop on May 28, 2013. In December 2012, Jerry Cantrell confirmed that the new album was completed after several delays because of his surgery. First single, Hollow, was released back in December. Second single, Stone, has also been released and is being described as having " its fair share of sludge as well, further delving into a dark and unnerving side of alternative rock and atmospheric metal." Both singles are available to buy and you can listen to a radio rip of Stone below. Unfortunately its not the best quality, and lacks bass, but the label wants to keep the track off streaming sites.
Both the official cover, a pre-order link and the full track list has been added. Cantrell has described the album as "We made a unique record that's completely different from anything we ever did. It encapsulates a period of time, like all records do. You see growth and that the band is moving ahead in new territory that we haven't been to before, but we haven't lost our identity." according to an interview with the Rolling Stone.

What a great album! AIC has stayed true to it’s roots. I love the old school AIC grooves in this album. Some of the riffs are just badass. “Voices” and “Breath On A Window” are awesome.
