Vast Aire and Vordul Mega are getting ready to drop their sophomore release.
The duo debuted with “The Cold Vein”, a seminal album entirely produced by El-P, in 2001. Since then, each member has released several solo and collaborative projects.
Now, the group is finishing its new album, titled “Harlem Knights”. The highly anticipated record is scheduled for a 2014 release.
“NEW CANNIBAL OX LP "HARLEM KNIGHTS" DUE 2014 #IGC #CrimsonGodz #IHIPHOP,” Vast Aire tweeted, revealing the album’s title.
The LP is expected to be released via IGC/iHipHop Distribution.
This will never reach the greatness that The Cold Vein did, but I’m excited to hear them finally come back with a proper Can-Ox release instead of constantly teasing the fans with “maybe”
