Five Finger Death Punch will release The Wrong Side Of Heaven And The Righteous Side Of Hell Volume 1 on July 30, while Volume 2 is scheduled for later this fall. Eleven Seven will release the albums outside of North America. Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory recently shared, “We came off the road after a couple of great years of touring and were really amped up to write the 4th record. Everybody was in the right headspace and the band tighter than ever so it was a perfect storm. We jumped in head first and found ourselves 12-13 songs deep fairly quick but were still coming up with better and better material so we looked at each other and said…. ok why stop there? Let’s keep going. Once we passed the 24th song we knew we’re going to have to do two albums. We had this massive amount of music that’s very dear to us, possibly the best material this band has ever created. At that point there was no way to decide which songs to leave off one album. So we made the decision to release them all.”

This one was High quality (unlike the one from getmetal)

Tho, noticed the Anywhere but here and Anywhere but here (Feat maria) was switched up.
(The one that saids feat maria is without her, and the one without her is the one with her)

No, Anywhere but Here song 7 on the album features her doing some background vocals at the end singing along with Ivan. Anywhere but Here number 13 on the cd is labeled as a duet. And she has her own part where she sings :)

Does anyone know where I can find the album art for the Purgatory: Tales From the Pit CD? I can’t find it anywhere, but I know it has it’s own album cover because of the band’s Facebook banner.

Am I the only one who was kinda disappointed after hearing the album as a whole? I thought there were definately some great ones. But also some really weak ones like “You” or “Diary of a Deadman”. I dunno. Just my thoughts as a long time fan. Not my favorite album.

I disagree. At first, I also wasn’t digging the album all that much. But then I actually took the time to really listen to all the songs. Since then, I’m loving all of them. I still maintain, however, that including dupes of three of the tracks, but adding guests to them, was a bullshit move. Not only because it’s a cheap tactic to pad the tracklist, but because those versions, to me, are garbage. It has me worried for Vol. 2, actually, and wondering how many dupe tracks THAT one will have as well.

only one listed so far, and its a Japanese edition bonus track, might be a second on that edition too, but theres not as many duplicates

How about you buy the damn album so the band can actually make some money off of their music instead of searching and whining that it hasn’t “leaked” yet…just a wild random thought. I know Volume 1 is out now, but this goes for pretty much any artist. Free downloading is a disgrace to the fucking industry.
