The French doom metal band Monolithe is on a roll and has recently announced the recording of a new album titled Monolithe IV this year. It is set to be recorded in mid-winter/spring with an expected release in late 2013. The opus will be the last of the band's saga which started with the release of Monolithe I in 2003.
The band posted the following update: "Monolithe IV to be recorded in winter/spring 2013. The follow-up album to 2012's Interlude Second EP and Monolithe III is set for a mid-winter/spring 2013 recording. This album, called Monolithe IV, is the last installment of the musical saga developed by the band since its debut album, 2003's Monolithe I. Expect a late 2013 release."
