The album title Bankrupt! was announced at Phoenix official site. Visiting the site gets you not only the album title, a snippet of a new song but a seizure attack due to the amount of flickering. Obviously Bankrupt will be one of the highlights this year and Phoenix have already announced a tour to go along with it! The album has an official release date set to April 23rd and the full tracklist can be viewed below.
You can preview the album over at Amazon (update: Unfortunately Amazon removed the samples), thanks to Benoit @bentx for sharing! Listening to the album samples it seems as Phoenix has returned to the sound of their first two albums while still incorporating elements of their indie-rock-Stroke-esque sound.

so, they’re going in exactly the same dircection. “entertainment” sound exactly like EVERYTHING they have done before, and could have been on the last album. makes me happy, but it’s a little pathetic that they said, they wanna do something new and different and then doing something. don’t try being mysterious if you keep doing the same over and over…

Yeah, Entertainment didn’t blow me away. It feels like Phoenix, it’s a nice track…but I don’t feel it’s Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix good. Not for a lead single anyway.
@Paul, I guess the other tracks will be more experimental as they said this album would be? Hope so…’Love Like a Sunset’ vibe would be nice.

The version around 74.3 mb has the 10 tracks on 256 kbps. It’s ok (aparrently it’s a web rip), but HD fans should wait for a proper version

Leaking… ha ha. I think it was voluntary put on the web for pre-marketing. The sound of the leak is not very good hope this is not the final mix. I remember they did the same for the previous album and some versions were different compared to the CD; the song Girlfriend for instance was a bit different on the leaked version. Hope this will be the same here and that the CD will sound much much better. Anyway the album seems pretty good.

Agree with Têtedeuxcul, Entertainment actually sounds different than the single so probably not the final mix.
I don’t know how to feel about the album, probably have to wait for a better version.
I dig the album, it’s kinda repeats the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix formula, with a sound slightly different, more synth-y obviously. I don’t think there are standout tracks but it’s a solid album and a good listen.
