Rise is the upcoming ninth album by American Christian rock band Skillet. The deluxe edition will include three bonus tracks and a DVD entitled Awake & Live DVD.
The first single off the album, "Sick of It", was released on SoundCloud on April 8, 2013 and was released on iTunes on April 9. "American Noise" was released to iTunes on April 16 as the first promotional single. "Rise" was released as the second promotional single on May 14, 2013. Skillet's fourth single, "Not Gonna Die", was released on USA Today on June 10. It was released on iTunes the following day.

AWESOME ALBUM! One of their best so far
I don’t know if it’s how the album is mastered, but I got to hear some of the tracks online and they’re much lower in volume than the iTunes singles. Wonder if that’s how it will be on the album or not.
Nope. I actually have a legit album rip of the deluxe edition (a pre-order came in for someone I know) in 320kbps mp3 format and volume levels are normal on Rise
Skillet(Deluxe) with bonus songs has leaked. very good tracks. the whole album has exceeded my expectations. just wanted to confirm that bonus tracks are already downloadable!
Yup turns out that a lot of the versions online are ripped at a lower volume or normalized. I suggest everyone goes out and buys the deluxe edition when it comes out. It’s worth it and not sonically lowered.
I didn’t even get an email when this leaked… :/ The most anticipated album of the year for me, best band ever! I’ve been waiting so long for this, I only went and checked myself because I knew they were selling it today at the Alive festival and hoped someone would have leaked it
Such a disappointment and I’m glad for the leak because it saved me money purchasing the physical CD.
