Blonde Redhead have announced a new album called Barragán, which will be released on September 9 via Kobalt. They've also shared "No More Honey", which you can listen to at their website or grab on iTunes.
The album was produced, engineered, and mixed by Drew Brown (Beck, Radiohead, The Books), and recorded at Key Club Recording in Benton Harbor, Michigan and the Magic Shop in New York City. It's their first since 2010's Penny Sparkle.

definitely a darker tone to this than penny sparkle, which was for want of a better word a bit sparkley, I think it works better for them, and reminds me of the band I’ve loved for years where the electronic melody of penny sparkle was fine but never quite gelled.
