While Damon Albarn is touring Everyday Robots, his former band is set to re-release a live album. Live At The Budokan have been remastered and set for a UK release in August.
NME stated the following; "Blur's gig at The Budokan was part of The Great Escape Tour and saw the band play to 20,000 people on November 8, 1995. Though it came out in Japan, the album was never officially released in the UK. The recordings have been remastered by Frank Arkwright at London's Abbey Road Studios."
interested to see if this is a good remaster
I generally am not into live albums. I will be checking it out as it is released though, with very little anticipation.
