Crywolf, otherwise known as Justin Taylor Phillips, is a producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist from Los Angeles, CA. Since Crywolf's conception four years ago, his intimate, melodic, avant-garde take on electronic music has garnered it’s own unique following, with a loyalty rarely seen in the world of electronic music. His releases are no stranger to commercial success either; met with support from international acts such as Ellie Goulding, Skrillex, Adventure Club, Dada Life, Arty, The Crystal Method, Fedde Le Grande and more. His debut EP "Ghosts", released via Le Castle Vania's Always Never imprint, was met with immediate success, debuting at #18 on iTunes Dance Charts and top 20 on Hype Machine on the first day. His follow up effort "Angels", set the tone for his signature sound and sealed in his arrival as an artist by blowing Ghosts out of the water, debuting at #3 on iTunes Electronic and charting at #24 on Billboard Electronic. His most recent release, a collaborative EP with Ianborg, continued upon the bar that was set with Angels EP, debuting at #2 on iTunes Electronic and #23 on Billboard Electronic charts.
