Jesse "Boots Electric" Hughes/ Joshua Homme are set to release zipper down (first album in 7 or so years) on Oct 2.
the first single off the album is a re work of the debut track from Boots Electrics solo effort titled "Complexity" (alongside what looks to be a couple more that were reworked going by the tracklist)
with that being the case it is a little difficult to see what direction EODM are going but I'm personally excited either way.
Would rather see Joshua Homme making music with Them Crooked Vultures but this is still awesome news.
Cant wait! Anything Josh Touches is amazing! Cant wait for a new Queens album though!!
Not looking forward to reworked Boots Electric songs but I’m definitely interested to see what they’ve done with Save A Prayer

Anyone else a little disappointed? Only four new tracks, three Boots covers, a Duran Duran cover, a short interlude, and two old demos that didn’t make the cut on Peace Love Death Metal…Skin Tight Boogie is sick though.
