A handfull of people has the full album as of today. One of them is an editor at Section 80, a hiphop community, and he had this to say about the album:
"To Pimp A Butterfly is jazzy. It’s soulful. It’s (p-)funky. There are even elements of gospel and spoken word. It incorporates nearly every genre of black music and mashes them together flawlessly. Beats switch fairly frequently and each track bleeds into the next, making for a holistic, seamless experience. While it’s near-impossible to discern production credits, the hypnotic keys on “How Much A Dollar Cost” scream Dr. Dre (who also speaks briefly on “Wesley’s Theory”). To compare it to Kendrick’s past work, it’s more section.80 than it is good kid, m.A.A.d city, but it’s most certainly a beast of its own—and that’s a good thing."
While the US iTunes advance release was initially only including a clean version of the album, Google Play released the explicit version just moments later. Eventually the explicit album ended up on iTunes as well, and the album is now literally everywhere. The iTunes advance release was planned, as confirmed by the label to Fader.
There's even a Spotify version as well, see source.

Kendrick Lamar is very good. I believe he is one of the best out thee. My favorite is “Wesley’s Theory”.
So im guessing I should grab this? Dont really listen to Kendrick
YES
I’ll go ahead and add to that YES! First album in ages that I pre-ordered on iTunes, and first LP ever I pre-ordered on vinyl. And I’m more of a rock guy than hip-hop.
I can hardly imagine any album topping this this year. Total 10/10, already pre-ordered the vinyl! Tool and Faith No More could be good ones though.
