This is a collection of old and new songs I've written over the past 5 years that in some way represent my interpretation of the Body. Everything about the music and message can be understood on multiple levels, so the music speaks clearer than my words ever can. Like a blossoming flower, the music continued to reveal more through time as I dove deeper into it, but at some point, I had to give the flower to you, to pour your story and imagination into the space that I left. The experience you get out of it is entirely up to YOU, and will be different with each listen, but I hope Trinity serves you well and leads you to create, love, play, and live more fully, no matter what you are going through.
