Cincinnati quintet Close To Home has announced that they have broken up, due to the departure of the band’s final original member, guitarist Josh Wells. The band was best known for their two albums released through Artery Recordings/Razor & Tie, 2011’s Never Back Down and 2012’s Momentum, though they most recently self-released an acoustic EP, Still Standing, in 2014.
Even though the band has broken up, the remaining members of Close To Home sans Wells have started a new band called Actual Villains.
