The Killers have announced their forthcoming album, "Wonderful, Wonderful," which will precede their fourth studio album, "Battle Born" from 2012. The announcement came along with the first single, "The Man," a track with several disco influences, Different from everything they have ever done. The album still doesn't have a release date, but is expected for the second semester of 2017.

Not sure how excited to be about this.
No, the first 3 songs are not very great. I think “run for cover” is okay. But the others are just weird.
I don’t care for The Man at all really, but I like Run for Cover and love the title track.
Sounds like they gone back to the first two epic albums , I remember seeing them live in a tiny club in 2004 in brighton uk , hot fuss just been released and got them to sign the album cover , but my Mrs thought he ( Brandon ) was arrogant this was before they became massive . So went of them after first two albums but this ones sounding promising touch wood :)

This is shaping up to be one of the best albums in 2017. And definitely one of TKs best.
I was never a fan of this band but The Man kind of sounds like a Talking Heads song… maybe?
“The Man” isn’t an especially great look at what their sound is as a band. It’s their attempt to change it up a little to garner new fans in 2017. It’s a great track, but they have a lot of more songs to offer. If you haven’t given them a chance lately, I encourage you to go back and listen to their records. A lot of the B-Sides are the best tracks.
I’ve been always a big fan of this band but even if I liked Battle Born singles, they were really unoriginal and still only good songs on the record. Brandon solo album gave me both strong hope he found it back… and worry they might split up. Their future is still very uncertain, but at least they got back the groove – love all the singles and I’m sure I will love the album.
How this exists in shops but hasn’t leaked yet is beyond me.

Deluxe SCENE RIP POSTED!!
I think I’m in the minority that didn’t really like the record. I heard the deluxe edition, but I honestly prefer their first album over this new one. Just not my style.
They’re far from the great band they used to be, and the fact that guitarrist and bassist weren’t that involved in the creative process behind this album doesn’t help its case. The first track is wild compared to the rest, if only it had taken more risks.
