No one expected The Movielife to put new music out after they broke up in 2003. Vinnie Caruana has had a solid career elsewhere, releasing 3 great LP's under the "I Am The Avalanche" and 2 solo records. His most recent release being the brilliant "Survivor's Guilt" which was released just last year under his own name.
All though Vinnie dispelled rumors of the band getting back together in 2008, they played a one off show at Bamboozle in 2011. Finally in 2014 the band actually did reunite and in 2015 they released the fabulous "Future Feelings (Afraid of Drugs)" & if that is any indication of what this album will sound like, sign me up!
The 14 year wait is over & I can't wait to throw on my headphones & take a 40 hour train to Jamestown to listen to the new album "Cities In Search Of A Heart."
