Young, Planetary's newest EP, I Am The Night And You're The Sunrise, is YP's heaviest effort to date. It recalls YP brainchild Trevor Villagrana's metalcore and hardcore past in the Boise Music Scene over the last decade. The EP also finds him experimenting a bit more in other ways though, as seen in the acoustic guitar backed single, "Spiderwebs" (which is 100% not a No Doubt cover - sorry 90's fans). As well, his partner Emily does all of the lead vocals for the final track, "Teeth Fall Out," adding a surprising twist on this project that originally started as Villagrana's solo effort. Fans of Thrice, Tiger's Jaw, and mid-career Cave In are all sure to find something in this release they love and relate to.
