Los Angeles band Oh Sees return with Face Stabber on August 16, 2019. Following up on last year's Smote Reverser, heavy with improvised jams under prog-metal influences, it is clear that John Dwyer and company will be trekking further into experimental territories with this release. On June 25, 2019, Face Stabber's first single "Henchlock," a 21-minute krautrock monster channeling the likes of Can, was debuted via Castle Face Records.
Absolutely loved this one. Might be their best yet.
