What Kind of Hell Did You Survive? finds Cloud Nothings going heavier than ever. Dylan Baldi cites Queens of the Stone Age, Motörhead, Earth and Electric Wizard, and says the songs deal with cruel governments, the importance of community and rage at the state of the world. First single "Death Keeps Me Alive" pairs distorted riffs with screamed vocals. The album follows 2024's Final Summer and is out January 29th, 2027 via Pure Noise Records.
