Well, if only you had bought it on Amazon, when it ships or when its releases – not sure on which one – you would have received the MP3’s of this album to tide you over until it arrived at your location, plus, it was around 9 or 10 for the disc and I do believe free shipping and/or 2 or 3 for shipping

Maybe I am just too old, 38, but I miss the days where you actually went to a store and bought a cassette, cd, or vinyl and that was how you found stuff that came out that you may or may not know it was coming out. Gone are those days, gone is the magic of discovering or hearing the album for the first time and not from a leak. I do applaud Demon Hunter that there album has not leaked yet and yes, its a rare thing, but I am glad. It means more people will go out and buy it instead of getting it off the net. Nothing can replace the sound of having a physical copy of the album in your hands….Its about the experience – the artwork, the linear notes etc. If people get mad because there isnt a leak, well, then go out and purchase the album. If you have liked what they have already put out in regards to the 4 tracks, then, by all means, go out and buy it and you wont be disappointed. Kudos to all the people that have got the pre-order already and have NOT leaked it…I applaud you
Mostly I agree with you but downloading and buying aren’t one in the same. I preordered the album and I’m still checking every day for leaks. why? for sport that’s why. I make a game out of it and I think demon hunter will be the first band to beat me. oh well at least I’ll lose to a really awesome band.
I like it personally. I’m 26 and the internet is an AMAZING way for me to find music that I like, before it I letarlly knew like 2 or 3 bands, and almost decided I wasn’t even a big music fan, it’s thanks to the internet that I’ve heard many good bands, like Demon Hunter.
They don’t play music like this on the radio dude, ever, atleast where I’m from.

I agree. When I saw that over at the place I post at coughRIPcough, I had to let the mod know over at coughRIPcough that it needed to be taken down because the person that posted it over there never checks what he downloads etc and just posts links and that is very rare that he does that as well. Then, I decided to let KL know because its pretty shitty that people would do that and the funny thing is this: It didnt even need a pass to be put in to unzip it and in case you are wondering who I am – The Rev Wells – its me from KL where I have been chatting it up etc

great heavy sounding album!
I’ve listened to the album in full now, I gotta say it’s pretty awesome.
while there are songs I like more than others (as you can expect from any album) there are none I don’t like.
reminds me of both “storm the gates of hell” and “the world is a thorn” more than it does “true defiance”
