A Day to Remember from Florida formed in 2003 and are being described as a metalcore/pop-punk/rock band. The bands current line-up include Jeremy McKinnon, Neil Westfall, Josh Woodard, Alex Shelnutt and Kevin Skaff. The band is set to release their new album "Common Courtesy" October the 8th.

An album which have seen a lot of delays. Common Courtesy was announced by the band with a countdown included. Once the countdown hit zero, first single "Violence (Enough Is Enough)" was released. This was back in December and since there's been a lot of speculation when the album actually will be released. On March 18th, Jeremy McKinnon, announced on Twitter that "Common Courtesy is officially tracked! Now, onward to mixing.". Still no official track list.

The band announced Friday night at a show in Michigan that the judge ruled that they could release their album October 8, without Victory. Here is the live video of that announcement.

I love how this is still the number1 trending album even after the release. I usually see the albums slowly drift down after the release.

I’ve listened to this album non-stop everywhere I go… I love it so much. Not gonna lie I just saw a movie with my family and I had CC playing in one ear softly the whole movie so that I could still hear/understand the movie and not distract anyone else if it got quiet haha.

I had some favorites when the songs were still fresh to me, and now after listening to all of them over n over again, they all became my favorites.

So hard to decide. Could be City of Ocala, could be Right Back At It Again, could be Sometimes you’re the hammer, could be I surrender, could be I’m Already Gone, could be Violence (even though we’ve had that nearly a year now, it’s still one of the best on there), could be Life Lessons, could be End of Me, could be The Document Speaks For Itself…

Least favourite is I Remember, this much I know though. Bit boring and doesn’t really go anywhere, sorry.

I really loved all of them, though I made a list of the top ones so far:
      Sometimes You’re The Hammer
      Dead & Buried
      I’m Already Gone
      End Of Me
      I Surrender
      The Document speaks…
      I Remember

      I just hate you, guy.
When I saw them here in France, it was in a 400 people crowd…
But in Germany (Rock am Ring) we were like 40k I think !

Anyone who preordered one of the packs with merchandise along with the album got their email saying it was shipped? It said on the download email that if we ordered merchandise that shipping would begin this week, but I haven’t got any email confirming or with a tracking number..
Has anyone gotten any confirmation about merch shipping or tracking number?

I don’t think there’s any need to worry, I haven’t gotten anything either and someone told me that when they previously bought from ADTR.com that they only got a payment confirmation email

From what I understand from google, he had a website where people could submit nude photos and images of famous people, usually musicians in the metalcore and post-hardcore scene. From wikipedia:

“Floridian rock band A Day to Remember refused to play at the 2011 Bamboozle festival, knowing Hunter Moore was an attendee at their performance. They demanded he would have to be removed from the venue due to their conflict with Moore after hosting nude images of the band’s bassist, Joshua Woodard weeks beforehand.”
