Join the alliance to defeat Umbrella in a race around the world, from LA to Raccoon City, Tokyo to Moscow, Siberia to Washington DC, still stopping by through New York.
The soundtrack for the fifth film in the live-action Resident Evil saga, "Retribution" is composed by Tomandandy who had made the score for the previous film in the franchise, 'Afterlife'.
Having received praise for doing excellent tracks such as 'Tokyo', 'Rooftop', 'Axeman', 'Los Angeles', 'Umbrella', 'Promise', 'Binoculars' and 'Damage', much is expected for the soundtrack which promises to deliver an electronic experience merged with new sounds, such as dubstep and orchestral music.
Tracks 'Flying Through The Air' and 'Corridor' have been released by Milan Records, whereas 'Tokyo Revisited' can be listened to on the film's website.
The main theme for the film, "Hexes", is the only track not by Tomandandy, but by Bassnectar with the collaboration of Chino Moreno.
'Tokyo Revisited' is a remix of 'Tokyo' from Afterlife. Same thing with 'Axemen' (remix of 'Axeman').
The soundtrack is to be released three days before the film's US release.
A leak is imminent. Plus, just so you know there is a certain FB page claiming they’ll leak the score if they reach 100 likes. Very suspicious and unlikely imo.
