Last month, LA's legendary trio Dilated Peoples announced the forthcoming release of Directors of Photography, the group's first album since 2006.
Following the desert-themed video for 'Good As Gone', the group released the album's second official single 'Show Me The Way', which enlists the help of a silky Aloe Blacc chorus. For those familiar with the group's previous efforts, the ultra-conscious stylings of 'Show Me The Way' are deftly reminiscent of DP's celebrated early work, with a bit of modern nuance slipped in.
Directors Of Photography, the trio's first album on Rhymesayers, will be released August 12th. Pre-order the LP at iTunes and the 'Show Me The Way' single July 22nd.
