Nonesuch releases Punch Brothers’ T Bone Burnett–produced The Phosphorescent Blues on January 27, 2015. In celebration of the album, the band embarks on a 23-city North American tour, kicking off at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC on February 20 and continuing through mid-April; details below. (Chris Thile will also be special guest host of A Prairie Home Companion, sitting in for Garrison Keillor, on February 7, at which Punch Brothers perform, and February 14.) The Phosphorescent Blues is available to pre-order with instant downloads of the album tracks “I Blew It Off” and “Julep” at iTunes, as well as at punchbrothers.com, and in the Nonesuch Store, where CD and vinyl orders also include a download of the complete album available starting release day.
