i think it was a foregone thing, all of it. the title changes, tracklist changes. just think of it. best advertising ever. who the f. cares about pre-orders and something boring things like this? but if you are a person like Kanye and tweeting all day that you are in the studio and this is the album title, but a few hours later you write something else its a better way to promote yourself and your album too. i think it was a foregone plan that the album will be named the life of pablo… so help me god-swish-waves, these title names were just garnish, i think.

its pretttttttty unheard for an album of this stature. if hes mastering it in an afternoon it means hes mastering it on a laptop with virtual plugins in a DAW. this is the most hyped album of 2016. it should be properly mastered in a studio with proper mastering tools
Yup, it’s not ideal. And there’s no “should be” with Kanye. But it’s possible, and if you just want a loud record, it’s doable. Hopefully the physical version won’t be the same.

You are aware most of those tracks will already have been individualy mastered? This will just be a redbook master so just a few EQs over the whole mix and some volume adjustments on the individual tracks. Really shouldn’t take more than an afternoon
