Nu metal act Sheevaa will release its debut EP, 'The Five Stages of Grief,' on September 16. Sheevaa is known for their vast mixture of gritty bass grooves, crushing drums, low-tuned guitars, relentless stage performance and Eastern Indian melodies. After releasing their first single "Depression", the band said that this EP is meant meant to "act as a soundtrack for someone in grief, or someone ending a relationship/phase in their life. It is truly a roller coaster ride of emotions."
