Icelandic indie-pop prince Sindri Már Sigfússon follows up his 2013 album 'Flowers' with the long-gestated 'Spaceland'. Set for release in mid-2016, the record sees him pushing his layered sound into more contemporary, electronic territory and features collaborations with a number of other Icelandic and Norwegian artists.
In a late-2015 interview with Iceland Music Export, Sindri spoke about the album: "If it doesn't come out next year I'm going to leak it onto YouTube myself, because I've been working on for a long time. It's being mixed now, so it's gonna be finished before the end of the year, and will hopefully come out in the spring."
