New Clutch jamz on the way, folks! The new album is titled 'Book of Bad Decisions' and is coming out in September. Vocalist Neil Fallon described the lyrics as exaggerated stories from his and his bands past. Fallon also said, that the record has a live feel to it. That is largely due to producer Vance Powell, who has spent a lot of time on the road, therefore he knows how to create a great live sound. Another factor is probably, that they have been playing some of the songs for a while now. Last June, I heard one of them, titled 'We Love a Good Fire' at their show in Budapest. It sounded quite bluesy and jammy (not sure if that's a word), but it also had a Sabbathian feel to it. Fallon said this is a very personal song for him, because he loves drinking beer and Listening to Black Sabbath and that's exactly what the song is about.
Fucks yes. They’ve released 4 songs from this album already and they’re all killer. Can’t wait, the videos alone convinced me to buy some live tickets.
