Singer-songwriter from Hackney, London, Bree Runway signed to Virgin EMI Records in 2018 and subsequently released the EP "Be Runway" in August 2019. Now, she follows her debut with the mixtape "2000and4Eva".
On March 5th, she released the single "Apeshit", which was met with critical acclaim and drew immediate comparisons to Missy Elliott, who would later co-sign the track on Twitter. On April 28th, Runway announced that her next single would be titled "Damn Daniel", a collaboration with Yung Baby Tate, which was featured on Annie Mac's Future Sounds show on BBC Radio 1. In July, the single "Gucci" featuring Maliibu Miitch was released, as well as "Little Nokia", in September.
After all these singles, in October, Runway announced the release of this mixtape, "2000and4Eva", on November 6, via Virgin EMI Records.
