As announced on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Annie Mac, Royal Blood's upcoming third studio album is scheduled for a Spring 2021 release via Warner Bros. Records. It will serve as the follow-up to How Did We Get So Dark?, their sophomore effort from 2017. The album's recording began in March 2020, but was ultimately delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Its release was preceded by the release of Trouble's Coming, its lead single
News from Banquet Records say: "Typhoons' is the title track of Royal Blood's eagerly anticipated third album, which will follow on April 30th."
