The Chris Brown and Ariana Grande team-up "Don't Be Gone Too Long" has taken its time coming out.
The duet was supposed to drop in March, but was delayed due to Brown’s legal problems. Currently in jail awaiting trail on assault charges, on Monday Brown’s team released a video teasing the track’s release with a one-shot clip of the pop star dancing backlit for to the three-minute dance-floor-ready beat.
Brown’s upcoming album, “X”, is scheduled to hit stores May 5 (NOT). No word on when "Don't Be Gone Too Long" is expected for proper release. Last month, he released the video for "Loyal," featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga.
The singer and his bodyguard are accused of hitting a man outside a Washington hotel in October. After a judge rejected a request to dismiss his case last week, Brown is scheduled to next appear in court on April 21.
