Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes announced details of her solo debut, Jaime. It will be released on 20 September via ATO Records. Title is the name of artist's sister, who passed away young. “The title is in memoriam, and she definitely did shape me as a human being,” said the artist. Alabama Shakes bassist Zac Cockrell, jazz virtuoso Robert Glasper and Grammy-nominated drummer Nate Smith were involved in the making of the album.
