Flying Lotus’ new LP Until The Quiet Comes was initially expected to land in June or thereabouts. With FlyLo previewing a stash of new material at his (reportedly underwhelming) Coachella shows, it definitely looked like a new record would arrive sooner rather than later. Exclaim now report that the California beatmaker is now unlikely to drop the new record until Autumn at the earliest.

Listening to it right now. Holy shit, this is ridiculous! FlyLo has done a good job of pulling out the best parts of his older, choppier style and mixing it with his newer, more fluid style.
Dope tunes. Need to listen a bit more but I like that this isn’t as ‘intense.’ It is, but just in a different way. Less is certainly more.
