Inspectah Deck, 7L & Esoteric Czarface 2

Wu-Tang Clan's Inspectah Deck has announced Czarface 2, a collaborative project with 7L & Esoteric, a follow-up to the trio's February release, Czarface.

"We working on that right now," Inspectah Deck said in an exclusive interview with HipHopDX. "Shout outs to my man 7L and my nigga, the Esoteric. We working on that right now."

During the interview, Inspectah Deck also discussed the group's reasons for returning to the studio for a second release.

"A lot of people dug that joint," Deck said. "It hit #36 on Billboard Top 100. You know what I’m saying? It was making noise. It’s still making noise. People still love that album. But you know when the distributors came through, they always want to do another deal. So they came back to the table with us and hopefully we can take this one to new heights."

Czarface was released via Brick Records and Fly Casual Creative. The album featured production from 7L and DJ Premier. The album also featured guest spots from Ghostface Killah, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano and Cappadonna.
