The Black Keys is an American rock duo formed in Akron, Ohio in 2001. The group consists of Dan Auerbach (guitar, vocals) and Patrick Carney (drums). The duo began as an independent act, recording music in basements and self-producing their records, before they eventually emerged as one of the most popular garage rock artists during a second wave of the genre's revival in the 2010s. The band's raw blues rock sound draws heavily from Auerbach's blues influences, including Junior Kimbrough and Robert Johnson.
I will post the first single when it’s released this Monday.

Waiting the whole album to be better than the single.
I’m very anxious what the whole album will be like, I don’t really like the new single… But then again, they’re the Black Keys after all, I’m almost certain these guys will knock my socks off in the end.
I’ve been waiting for this album for way too long!

New Single on iTunes called Turn Blue
Really interesting to see them taking a little more of a soulful turn. It’d be real easy for them to stick to the same “hits” formula that they seemed to be fond of last album. (Not bashing the album at all, but it definitely was a little more “radio ready”) I’m diggin the two singles so far!
I really see nothing wrong with Fever, it’s a great song!
I LOVE the singles, I don’t know what happens with people. Fever is catchy, and Turn blue is fantastic!
The Black Keys perform Fever, Turn Blue and unreleased song Bullet In The Brain on BBC Radio 1.

This album is pure quality. The Black Keys might have taken another musical path, but it’s awesome!
Available on Tenemos un Papá Pirata (Facebook Group).
It’s available on newalbumreleases as well.
Really, really, loved this album. Weight of Love is the best song they’ve put out in quite a long time. And that’s saying something, cause everything they put out is usually exceptional.
Listened to it, loved, it, it’s amazing!
Great album, I’m even getting some Arctic Monkey vibes from it at times
