There are many who argued that Curren$y ended the year 2016 as one of the hottest acts in the Rap industry, releasing a handful of highly touted mixtapes that he always claimed were in promotion for his forthcoming album in April 2017. Even after all this time Andretti appears to have held true to his word, as today he announced that the title of his forthcoming ninth studio album will be "The Motion Picture Soundtrack". The album is still on track to be released this April, though a specific date has not been clarified.
